Ordering Info

Shipping:

Due to the Canada Post strike, shipments will now be made via courier. Unfortunately this method excludes PO Boxes and remote rural addresses. 

Select items ship duty/tariff free to the U.S. and will ship via courier/USPS. 

Jewelry will arrive in white gift boxes.  To cut down on packaging I usually ship multiple items in the same box but if you'd like separate ones for gifting please leave a note at checkout and I'll do my best to oblige!

Processing Times:

Items are usually shipped within 1 to 4 business days of payment but some made-to-order items may take longer. These items will have the shipping timeframe included in the listing description. 

Orders within Canada can take up to 12 business days to arrive during the holidays. Orders to the U.S. usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for some reason you aren’t satisfied with your order, items can be exchanged or returned for full refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days. 

International Orders:

I currently ship to Australia and Switzerland.
