Ordering Info


Please be aware that mail is much slower than normal right now as both Canada Post and the USPS experience high volume and delivery delays due to COVID-19. Packages within Canada can take up to 3 weeks to the Maritimes and Western Canada and up to two weeks within Ontario and the GTA. I know the long waits are frustrating so I really appreciate your patience!

Free standard shipping within Canada is via oversized letter mail and doesn't include tracking. If you upgrade to Expedited Parcel you will receive tracking information. Items being shipped to the U.S. are shipped via USPS. I use a courier so the package may be in pre-transit for a few days before it crosses the border and is entered into the USPS system. Items mailed in both Canada and the U.S. arrive in white gift boxes.  

Jewelry is usually shipped within 1-4 business days of payment but some made-to-order items may take longer. These items will have the shipping timeframe included in the listing description. 

I usually pack multiple items in one box/bag but if you'd like separate packaging please let me know and I'm happy to accommodate you as best as I can.

International Orders:

International customers are responsible for any duty and customs fees imposed.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for some reason you aren’t satisfied with your order, items can be exchanged or returned for full refund (minus shipping costs) if returned in original condition within 30 days. Please contact me regarding a refund/exchange within 14 days.
